Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
We collect account information only when you create an account or log in: email address, password (stored hashed), Google account ID if you sign in with Google, and login records (IP address, browser user agent, session times). Payment records (provider, amount, currency, status) are kept for accounts that pay.
2. Prompts and outputs
We never save your prompts or the model's outputs. Nothing links your account to the content of your prompts, because that content is not stored. We do not use prompts or outputs to train models.
3. Referral attribution
When you arrive from a link or campaign, we store the referring domain or affiliate code in a first-party cookie for up to one year, and on your account when you sign up. This is used for affiliate payouts and marketing attribution.
4. Analytics
We use Simple Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies. It records aggregate page views.
5. How we use data
To run the service, bill usage, prevent fraud and abuse, secure accounts, send service email such as verification and low-balance alerts, pay affiliates, and comply with law.
6. Retention
Prompts and the results of AI requests are never saved. They exist only in the cache on the GPUs that process them, for a limited time only. We keep account and billing records for as long as the account exists.
7. Your rights
To have all of your personal data deleted, sign in and open a ticket at refuseless.com/console/support asking for complete data deletion. We will carry it out. You can also reach us at [email protected].
