Terms of Service
1. The service
Refuseless provides an OpenAI-compatible API and console for accessing hosted language models. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity made with them. Keep keys secret. Tell us promptly if you believe a key or account has been compromised.
3. Credits and billing
Usage is billed per million input, cache, and output tokens against a prepaid balance, or against a plan where one is assigned. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes apply to future usage. Top-ups are final unless we say otherwise in writing.
4. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and the cryptocurrencies listed on the pricing page. Card and crypto payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
5. Affiliates
Affiliate earnings are governed by the affiliate program terms shown on the affiliates page. We may withhold or reverse earnings from refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or self-referred payments.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, to attack or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test, to distribute malware, or to infringe others' rights. You are responsible for the content you send and receive.
7. Data
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Prompts are not retained by us beyond what the service needs to run; see the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue models and features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Unused prepaid balance is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and our refund practice.
